Where to eat in Dubai? Head to Amazónico!

When it comes to good restaurants in Dubai, Amazónico has to be on the list. It immerses us in the Amazon through an exquisite and different sensory experience. It has an executive lunch Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm, offering a wide range of Latin American dishes, including Raws & Saladas, Bites & Wok, as well as large plates such as their slow-cooked beef short ribs and indulgent tres leches de mate dessert. Dishes change regularly to ensure that the raw ingredients are always fresh.

This exotic wonder was born from the marriage of renowned restaurateurs Sandro Silva and Marta Seco. Through hard work and dedication, Amazónico quickly became one of the most popular restaurants. It was born in Madrid in 2016 and then expanded, with Amazónico Dubai being the second restaurant that the successful couple opened outside Spain. Is inspired by the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of the Amazon region. It combines tropical and Latin American cuisine, ranging from tropical sushi and fresh raw seafood to carefully selected grilled meats and fish.

Chefs use traditional and avant-garde techniques and vibrant ingredients. Open from lunch until late afternoon, it has several exciting spaces such as its vibrant Lounge, a statement cocktail bar, a lively restaurant and a stunning rooftop terrace. After tasting their exquisite hamari tiradito, sashimi or their mango cremoso, you can lose yourself in the rhythm of their resident DJs, who play live electro-pical every night. A full-on experience that will make you feel more alive than ever.

Being there is much more than just enjoying a good meal, it is a space that conveys sophistication, elegance and absolute pleasure. At times it seems as if floating among the subes is possible, experiencing the constant sensation of being on top of the world.

Euazone: gastronomic elegance floats alongside the seductive waters of the Persian Gulf

This modern Asian restaurant reinvents the familiar version of Asian cuisine. It is located between the reflective water fountains of the Arabian Court at One&Only Royal Milrage and the turquoise pool. It allows you to savour the most daring delicacies after strolling along the meandering pathways and wooden decks leading down from the waters. By day, you can relax under the striped pergolas on the Euazone deck, imprisoned by the enchantment of the swaying sea and gently gliding fountains. In the evening, it’s the perfect setting to celebrate a special occasion or have a date night

As well as being a stunning restaurant, Euazone is very intimate, allowing you to open your heart as never before without any diner at another table knowing. In an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, its mirror-like pools will eclipse you, enveloping you in an ambience you won’t want to leave. There are experiences that surpass what we see in fictional films and this is one of them. As night falls, you can sit back and watch the space transform as the sky changes colour. Sensuality and romance flood every corner making the place, and you, an irresistible morsel. The dress code is casual, providing an experience that is as inviting as it is relaxed.

As for the food, we can’t say enough about it. Each bite is an experience in itself, restoring our self-confidence and even the will to live. It’s all too easy to get lost in their delicious salmon monaka sushi, their signature rool garden, furikake crispy calamari, lobster, tofu avocado salad, sando chicken and vegetable pad thai, among others. To round off a colossal lunch or dinner, end on a sweet note with a spectacular sake cappuccino, mango crème brulée or buko pandan sago.

Leña: Dani Garcia’s place is among the best restaurants in Dubai

Dubai’s restaurant world is a different place thanks to the special touch provided by Leña, one of the restaurants owned by the famous chef Dani García. It is a steakhouse that offers a fascinating duality: García’s technique and the most sublime respect for the product. It offers a menu that is very focused on the raw material marked by the embers, but with the chef’s personal stamp. The embers and the smoky flavour are the main protagonists of his feasts. Thus, Leña’s menu preserves dishes that are all the rage internationally: burgel bull, meatball yakipincho, Burgos suckling lamb roasted with fine herbs, lobster with Jerez beurre blanc and fried potatoes with caviar, roast leek with gribiche sauce and hazelnuts with black truffle and its succulent foie gras in the form of apple with grilled garlic and lemon.

A destination at the height of Dubai deserves novelties that can only be found in Leña Dubai, unpublished and appetizing: grilled avocado from Malaga with coriander pesto and a feta cheese splash, 300 g of juicy grilled picaña and the A5 Japanese wagyu loin tomahawk. On the other hand, their desserts are the definitive confirmation of a pleasurable and extravagant experience: chocolate donut, mille-feuille with diplomatic cream and their exquisite tarte di rose.

The place is to fall in love with. It boasts an impressive bar and lounge, an expansive indoor dining room that seats 150 and an exclusive terrace overlooking the Palm Jumeirah. To walk by is to feel butterflies in your stomach again, falling in love with every detail.

Address: St Regis Garden, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Ristorante L’Olivo in the Al Mahara: taste the flavour of beautiful Italy from stunning Dubai

One of the best restaurants in Dubai. It’s an upmarket corner of the world, so if you want to stop by, there are two things to do. The first is to make a reservation in advance, and the second is to dress up in your best clothes. Ristorante L’Olivo, located in the Al Mahare, offers a unique culinary experience from chef Andrea Migliaccio. The respected chef was born on the Italian island of Ischia, inheriting his grandmother’s passion for cooking. His talent led him to earn a Michelin star in 2011, followed by a second the following year.

His work stands out for its fusion of tradition and innovation, bringing the best of seasonal Mediterranean ingredients. Each creation that has come out of his hands has been carefully selected to become a paradise of flavour.

A unique moment that floods everything with Italian magic and the true tastes of the sea. With such a panorama, it should be declared one of the wonders of the world!

Nobu: exuberant food that elevates to new heights

Nobu is one of the best restaurants in Dubai for two solid reasons: great food and spectacular views. Located in The Bridge Suite, it suggests a distinct space where pleasure is assured. The chef recommends trying 3 or more of “eight menu highlights. The best way to enjoy your time at Nobu is to start with two or three cold dishes and then move on to two or three hot dishes, finishing with sushi and dessert.

Some of the tastiest offerings include yellowtail with jalapeño, tuna sashimi salad, rock shrimp tempura with creamy hot sauce and black cod with miso den.

Every bite is intoxicated with satisfaction, a ride to heaven reached by the palate. Fusing incredible views with luxurious food, how could we not want to return again and again?
